"Way overpriced for a rushed experience"
I felt like I paid way too much for what this was. The tour was basic and felt rushed, like we were just being shuffled from one thing to the next without much thought. For the price, I expected something a lot more special, but most of it seemed like stuff I could’ve figured out myself with a quick search online. Maybe other people had a better experience, but whoever runs this really needs to rethink the value they’re offering. I wouldn’t book it again.

"Flight plans got all messed up"
Our flight times got switched around and it was just kind of a mess. Tried to get some help, but nobody was really that helpful about it...

"not much to choose from"
i was disappointed with the activity options. i thought there would be a lot more to pick from, but most of it either felt really similar or wasn’t available. i ended up just leaving without booking anything

"Felt like no one actually read my preferences"
I filled out all the forms and was clear about what we like and don’t like, but the trip ended up feeling really random. A few of the stops were things I’d specifically said we don’t enjoy, which made it feel like there wasn’t a real person actually paying attention on the other end. For what it cost, I expected a much more personalized plan.

"Honestly, I Just Couldn't Trust It"
The booking info was so unclear that I felt like I needed a detective board with red string just to figure it out. On top of that, replies took forever, like I was waiting for a message in a bottle to wash ashore. Maybe it would’ve worked out, but I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my trip. My anxiety was absolutely through the roof.

I reached out to customer service and ended up waiting days just to hear back. When they finally replied, the answers felt rude and like they were trying to rush me along instead of actually helping. I felt pressured and frustrated the whole time.

"Pretty stressful start"
The bus showed up late, and then the pickup spot got changed at the last minute, which was really annoying. Nobody seemed to know what was going on either, so yeah, it made the start of the trip way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Ended up costing way more than expected"
I told them my budget right from the start and checked in a few times to make sure we were still staying within it. They kept saying yes, but then the final price came in way higher than what I had planned. Maybe there was some fine print I missed, but it felt like every little extra was being added on, and then I had to spend extra time going back through everything trying to figure out where the costs came from. It was stressful and way more work than it should’ve been when I was just trying to keep the trip affordable. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Not the best start"
I filled out the pre-trip questionnaire with all my details and preferences, and maybe I'm being overly calm about it, but it felt like no one actually read it. The trip suggestions were far off from what I’d asked for. Not a great first impression, and I don’t think I’d trust them to plan a trip for me.

"Not as Exciting as I Expected"
I was really hoping the destination would be more interesting, but it felt underwhelming. There just wasn’t much to do or see, and after a short while, it started to feel kind of boring. This is where it got annoying because I had built it up in my head and expected a fun experience, but it never really delivered.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I had an issue with my booking support was no help at all. I kept getting passed from one person to another and nobody actually fixed anything. Frustrating experience overall, and I really wish I had read the reviews first before booking.

"pickup time was unclear"
nobody seemed to know what time the pickup was supposed to happen, so i had to keep chasing them for updates. it was frustrating and could’ve been handled a lot better

"I booked this for our anniversary and..."
I booked this for our anniversary and mentioned twice that it was supposed to be a special surprise, so I really thought they had it handled. When we got there, nothing seemed to be ready, no note, no clear timing, and the guide acted like he had no clue what we were talking about. We just stood around confused, which made the whole thing feel awkward instead of romantic. What made it worse was that when we tried to explain it, it felt like we were being talked down to, like we were the ones who misunderstood. They apologized afterward, but by then the night was already kind of ruined

"Wouldn’t stay here again"
The room just didn’t feel ready for anyone to stay in. It was dirty, the bed felt old and kind of uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a few problems too. I was expecting a lot better, and it just... yeah, not a good experience. I wouldn’t book here again.

The whole day felt rushed, which was a little frustrating. I appreciated the effort, but I barely had time to enjoy anything before we were being moved along to the next thing.

"The kids had a good time…"
The kids had a good time and enjoyed it, so that was a win. But am I the only one who felt like there was way too much walking? By the end, I was worn out. Still a decent experience overall, just be ready to get your steps in.

I reached out to them twice by email about my booking and didn’t hear anything back for days. I also tried calling, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I get that replies aren’t always instant, but when it’s about travel plans, I expected at least some kind of response within a reasonable time. By the time someone finally got back to me, it was already too late to sort out the issue, which made the whole thing stressful...

"Booking was more confusing than it should’ve been"
To be fair, I did eventually get through the booking, but the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be. I had to stop and double-check things a few times, and it wasn’t as smooth as I expected
